Good evening friends! I hope you guys had a wonderful weekend! Mine was spent with great friends and time with my husband.

Finds & Flavor

On Friday I drove up to to meet my friends Alex and Erica for dinner in Delray. We grabbed dinner at Lemongrass before going back to their house in Hobe Sound.

Saturday morning we slept in and then shared some fresh Nicaraguan coffee they brought back with them from their trip!

Erica made us a healthy smoothie for our morning breakfast and to give us a boost of health for the day! This mix has tons of nutrients, the amount of veggies in the Perfect Food Mix is amazing.

We relaxed with our coffee and smoothies before heading to the beach!

It was really a perfect day at the beach, barely a cloud in the sky and SUN!

We spent a good portion of the afternoon in the ocean, the water was crystal clear and felt so refreshing!

After our afternoon at the beach, we came home and got ready for dinner! Their dad took us three girls out along with one of Erica’s friends Cara, for dinner at a restaurant that was new to me, Season’s 52.

The restaurant is really nice and their menu changes by the season. All of their meals are advertised as under 475 calories.

We all shared some Flatbread Pizzas and Stuffed Mushrooms for appetizers.

We spent a good amount of time deciding what to eat as all the food options sounded so delicious and fresh!

I love these two girls. The closest and sweetest sisters I have ever met.

I finally decided on the Mahi Crunch Salad, it was delicious with Crusted Tuna, Avocado, Almonds and Radishes on a bed of mixed greens.

After dinner we were offered the mini desserts which I love because they are perfect for a little something sweet to finished your meal. I went with the Carrot Cake in a glass.

The cream cheese icing was so sweet and good- my favorite part of Carrot Cake. Dinner was so fun and we finished up the night seeing the Dark Knight Rises. If you haven’t seen it yet, it was very well done. I don’t normally like Anne Hathaway as an actress but I think she did a great job.

This morning before I left we shared some more Nicaraguan coffee and Chef Erica made us some Buckwheat Pancakes.

They were delicious and filling! I loved every minute with these girls. I left after breakfast to drive back and details are to come tomorrow from my Sunday afternoon with the husband along with some Monday Fitness Motivation!

What was one thing you enjoyed this weekend?
