Afterwards I met Darin at our pool to swim laps. I haven’t swam laps in over a year and it was killer. Especially because my shoulders were burnt out from Burpees.
We swam for 30 minutes and definitely got our cardio in! Once my heart rate got up and I was trying to breathe, swim, and move, I felt like I was going to drown! Maybe I should try out for the Olympics…
What is your favorite form of cardio? I love to run but I do love how low impact swimming is on your joints.
