It’s Thirsty Thursday and here is a smoothie recipe for you!

Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

(1/2) Tsp of Cinnamon

(1/2) cup of Pumpkin

(1) cup of milk of choice

(1) Banana

(1/2) Cup of Oats

(1) Scoop of Protein

Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

I love all things pumpkin and this smoothie is delicious!

I did some yoga this morning to stretch out my sore legs from yesterday.
