Fitness

I was so sore from my Nike Training Club workout last night: Better Butt. If you haven’t tried Nike Training Club, download it asap here. It’s available for free in the App Store.

For the first day of summer, it was raining when I woke up and is probably going to stay that way today 😦

Rain always makes me want to stay inside and curl up with a blanket and movie. I decided instead to stretch out my soreness from my workout last night with one of my favorite yoga video podcasts from Yoga Today: Opening to Hanumanasana. Yoga Today offers a free weekly class online as well as podcasts in the Apple Store. I love these videos, you should try them out!

This video podcast focuses on stretching out your hips, hamstrings and glutes and trust me, it does.
